DELIVERY INFORMATION

Made With Rattan offers free delivery on all orders. However, additional charges may apply for surcharge areas and additional services as detailed below.

Garden furniture can be delivered the next working day as long as it is ordered before 9am the day before. We shall call you to confirm Garden furniture is generally delivered within 7 days unless stated otherwise on the product page. The delivery company will contact you directly within this time to book you in for a delivery date. This is usually done via text message and email. If the date offered is not suitable then you will have the option to decline the date by following the instructions on the text message/email and they will then contact you within 24 to 48 hours with a new delivery date. The delivery company will contact you on the day before your allocated delivery date with a 4 hour time slot or alternatively you can contact us on the day of your delivery so we can track the delivery for you and advise of an estimated time of arrival. Weekend deliveries can be arranged but this is at an additional cost. Please contact us if you require a weekend delivery slot. We advise that there should be somebody in to accept delivery. However, we can leave a note for the furniture to be left safe if easily accessible. However, this is at the customers’ risk. We also can request for the driver to call when he is on his way but again this is not guaranteed. One man deliveries are delivered to the kerb side/customers driveway. If you have paid for a two man delivery then the furniture shall be carried to your garden or the location of your choice.

Once you have taken delivery of your set, be sure not to drag the boxes as this can cause splits in the rattan. Additionally to save space, cushions are stored on the underside of the sofa. if you are short of cushions please ensure you check the underside of each part. If you are still short on cushions please take images of the packaging, the cushions you have on the furniture and the underside of each part and email it over to us at [email protected] to rectify.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If you are unable, for whatever reason to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date, we shall be entitled to either cancel your order and refund your payments less an aborted failed delivery charge or arrange a redelivery once payment is made for the re-delivery.
